THE SIMPLE 3 STAGE APPROACH
OIKIOS applies a scientific and professional process to approach every project in 3 phases:
- State 1: OIKIOS receives the request and agrees with the customer on the implementation method. The OIKIOS director will be assigned to take charge of your project from inception to completion.
- State 2: OIKIOS’ experienced design team will support you throughout the design process, from initial ideas to the realization of your new space.
- State 3: OIKIOS’s project manager will conduct work planning, specific cost estimates, and report to customers the detailed progress of the project on a weekly basis. Customers can call OIKIOS whenever they need to discuss the progress of the project.
