Located in the capital city of Hanoi – the ancient capital of Vietnam, AIA Nest is expected by the investor to possess a design that exudes elegance and luxury.
To meet the wishes of the investor, the architects of OIKIOS used the “British Colony” design style to exude the classic and luxurious beauty of the building. Besides the decorative details in the classic style, OIKIOS has cleverly arranged the interior spaces to create a relaxing and cool impression for the 800m2 office.
To create a focal point for the space, the architects of OIKIOS know how to use the light-dark contrast, in which the walls and office windows are decorated with white or cream beige. The floor uses dark tones and many sophisticated furniture including large sofas and rattan chairs.
The lobby area, the balcony of the office is designed with many trees to help purify the air and create an aesthetic impression for the living space.
