The design of AIA’s transaction office space creates an intimate feeling, overlooking the magnificent and prosperous Saigon landscape. The design concept is based on the insurance company’s business philosophy of bringing freedom – happiness to all their customers and employees.
Based on this business philosophy, the architects of OIKIOS have designed the office with high flexibility. The project uses modern/locally available materials to create an intimate feeling, filled with natural light.
The challenge in the interior design of offices in the insurance industry is how to create the most flexible space, allowing each employee in the company to ensure privacy and concentration in the workplace. work, while having connectivity and flexibility between departments.
The functional areas of the office are fully and flexibly designed, of which about 80% of the area is designed in open space. Event area, allowing AIA Vietnam to organize large events with large scale of attendees. In particular, the event area is decorated with long winding polycarbonate panels with RGB LED strips that help brighten up the event space with hundreds of colors.
