AIA Da Nang transaction office owns an area of 700m2, inspired by the beauty of Dragon Bridge and the features of Hoi An ancient town.
The project is located on the 20th and 21st floors of Crystal Building, AIA Danang has a beautiful view of the whole city of Da Nang. OIKIOS architects used neutral colors for the entire project with natural wood materials such as oak and stainless steel to create a sense of friendliness and harmony.
The highlight of the workspace is the design of the wind-cotton brick wall cleverly integrated with the rattan lanterns above showing the typical culture of Hoi An.
The coworking space of AIA Danang staff on the 21st floor can accommodate up to 120 people. Natural light is fully utilized thanks to the surrounding glass door system. In addition, AIA Danang also owns an event space with a scale of up to 142 seats.
