Belonging to a key province of the Northern economy, AIA Thanh Hoa Insurance Office owns a large scale of up to 800m2. The office was designed and built by OIKIOS and completed in 2021.
OIKIOS architects took the design idea of AIA transaction office from the poetic natural beauty of Pu Luong terraced fields. OIKIOS has taken advantage of soft curves, shapes of grass, trees, flowers to highlight the unique aesthetic of this office.
To create a green space, the system of trees is arranged in a reasonable way. The system of glass doors is used to separate each department but still does not create a sense of mystery and stuffiness. Instead, glass doors help create visual effects for large spaces and make the most of natural light.
The bar area is one of the highlight items for AIA Thanh Hoa transaction office. The bar is designed with the main wood material, with light color tones. Besides, the design of round tables and comfortable chairs is also arranged to help employees have a relaxing space after stressful working hours.
