The project owns a total construction area of up to 1200m2, VUS Quang Trung not only attracts attention with its massive design but also conveys a strong impression through its unique and modern architecture.
Talking about the first outstanding design of this building is the attractive square façade with large glass layers. Red tone is used as the main color tone for the exterior to create a clear contrast with the surrounding space.
Contrary to the bright exterior space, the interior design is more elegant with the use of soft colors and simple, sophisticated furniture. The whole interior is filled with bright colors combined with the effective use of lighting to create a light and interesting look. Besides, there is a purposeful arrangement of colorful furniture such as couches and stools. Interior details are designed in different geometric shapes, creating significant accents for the space.
One of the building’s impressive features is the flexible use of glass. Glass is a transparent material, installed for doors and windows to provide natural light to the interior space. In addition, glass will replace the thick dry brick walls to make the partition between the subdivisions to create a separate but linked space.
